Texcrete driver compensation.
We believe in total transparency and we invest in our people. The pay scale for all drivers will be as follows:
- $18.50/hr – During training with a mentor
- $21.00/hr – Less than one year of mixer experience
- $23.00/hr – 1- 3 years of mixer experience
- $25.00/hr – 3 + years mixer experience & NRMCA certified
